"Sweet dreams" with Dorminorm!

What is Dorminorm? Melatonin is a hormone that separates from the pineal gland - a small gland located in the human brain. Its separation is stimulated in the dark and decreases during the daylight as well as with age.

What is Melatonin responsible for? Melatonin is the natural sleep hormone. It regulates the daily sleep - wake cycle. Reduces the feeling of fatigue, disorientation and mood swings as a result of disturbed sleep. Melatonin is one of the most powerful antioxidants, which unlike Vitamin C easily reaches the brain - the most sensitive organ in the human body. Melatonin reduces the level of "bad"cholesterol, activates the immune system, slows down the aging process.

When to use Dorminorm? Dorminorm will help you when:

- you have difficulty sleeping;

- your sleep is short, restless, you wake up tired;

- you work on shifts, or in a disturbing enviroment;

- you travel long dostances associated with change of time zones;

- you live a busy and tense life;

How is Dorminorm used? Put the tablet under your tongue half an hour before bed and wait for it to completely dissolve. Do not use food or water in the next 15 minutes. Increase the dose by two tablets in case your sleep continues to be disturbed after you have taken one tablet for one week. To achieve a better effect, follow these guidelines:

- take the tablets at the same time before bedtime;

- Do not use the tablets during the day;

- avoid drinking alcohol before sleeping - gradually lower the dose and dilute the intake for a lasting improvement in sleep;

Dosage: For 1 to 3 tablets before bedtime

When not to use Dorminorm? Do not take Dorminorm in the following cases:

- you are planning to get pregnant, you are already pregnant or you are breastfeeding;

- you are under 18 years old;

- you are allergic to melatonin;

- you suffer from a mental illness;

What are the possible side effects?  In some rare cases, melatonin can cause fatigue or drowsiness during the day. These possible side effects are intensified when taken concomitantly with alcohol.

Storage: The product must be kept in its original packaging in a dry and shielded place at temperatures below 25ºC. Keep out of reach of children!

Packing: 10 tablets are packed in a PVC / aluminum foil blister. 

What else do we need to know? The product is a nutritional supplement. It is not a substitute for varied meals! Do not exceed the recommended dose!
