Vitamin C is one of the most essential vitamins. It takes part in the regulation of oxidative - rehabilitation processes, carbohydrate metabolism, blood coagulation, capillary permeability. Daily dosage: For children from 6-14 years - from 1-3 tablets; For adults - 1-6 tablets;
